Hold the bowl to knead and let go when the bar is in the dark green. Tap the board to shape the loaves, score them with one slanted stroke of the blade, and open the door. After that, the day is yours.

On your device only. The game saves by itself while you play and whenever you leave the app. There is no account and no cloud copy kept by us, so deleting the app deletes your bakery.

Yes, with your device’s own backup. The save is part of the app’s data, so restoring an iCloud or computer backup onto the new device, or moving everything across with Quick Start, brings your bakery along. Installing the game fresh on another device starts a new bakery.

Gem packs are processed by Apple, and the gems go into your save on the device. If a purchase was interrupted, open the game again: an unfinished purchase is completed the next time it starts, and never counted twice.

For a refund, or if something went wrong with a charge, ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Gems still missing? Write to us with the date of the purchase.

Open Settings with the gear at the top right of the screen, then Reminders. If it says they aren’t allowed, turn notifications on for Albus Bakery in your device’s Settings › Notifications. There is never more than one reminder a day.

Settings (the gear) › Language. The game starts again in the language you pick, and your bakery stays exactly as it was. It speaks ten languages: English, Español, Français, Deutsch, Português, Русский, 日本語, 한국어, 简体中文 and Türkçe; on a phone set to one of them it opens in it.

The bakery never closes. If the till can’t cover Sunday’s rent, the shop drops a renown level and starts the week with a little flour money; your recipes, workshop upgrades and decorations all stay.

Write to us with your device model, its iOS or iPadOS version, the game’s version (at the bottom of Settings), what you did and what happened. A screenshot or a screen recording helps a lot.
